why did Jesus's interpretation clash with the ideas of other leaders?

Because he was a fearless preacher.He talked about the many evils in the,then society.As a result of this,he incurred the wrath of many men of the higher order of the society.He also interpreted the Jewish laws in the light and hence the jewish religion leaders became hostile to him.
