●she was denied food and clothes,
●she was not properly looked after by jumman and his wife,
●kariman used to insult her in very bad ways,
●even on the little food which the aunt ate, kariman used to give it with harsh and bitter words and great humiliation,
●jumman didnt do anything to stop her wife from doing wrong to aunt,
●when aunt asked for small amount of money to set up a seperate kitchen for herself, jumman gave a sarcastic remark saying that do money grow on trees?
