esterday, the case was mentioned by learned counsel for the petitioner praying that it should be listed under the heading 'For Orders' so that the defects may be removed. On a specific query of the Court as to whether the order which was not complied with was peremptory, the answer was in the negative. However, when the matter is taken up, it transpires that on 12.10.2017, a peremptory order was passed to remove the defects within two weeks. Thus, the peremptory order coming into force in October, 2017 itself, the writ petition has stood dismissed and, thus, there cannot be any order today for removal of defects.
3. In view thereof, no order is required to be passed as the case has stood dismissed for non compliance of the order dated 12.10.2017.
