he said this because his crop really needed rain to good harvest .so when it rained he saw it in the new form of new coin

↪ Lencho needed rain for his cross , he was facing the problem in irrigation ; so when it rained it seemed him to be new coins as it would lead to good irrigation ( good growth of crops ) and then good payment for it .
