Ans 1. Lencho had a great faith in God. He believed that God sees everything and help everyone in one's problems. All the crops in his field were destroyed due to the hailstorm and the strong winds.Lencho was filled with grief after the hail stopped as everything was ruined and there was nothing that he could feed his family. He wrote a letter to God demanding him a hundred pesos to sow his field again.
Ans 2. Mr. Herriot was shocked because Tricki had become hugely fat. His eyes looked bloodshot and rheumy. He was having very difficulty at walking
Ans 3. Mas Pumphrey was a rich woman who loved her dog very much. The love to live a comfortable and lavish life and also wanted ther dog to spend a similar one. she used to overfeed thicker out of her love and concern. She used to serve him with cod liver oil and malt between and main meals and Horlicks after dinner to give him strength She never realised that Tricki was a greedy dag and this would spoil his health She could not even defuse to answer Tricki drooling for cream cakes and chocolates the overfeeding worsened Tricki's condition. This made the dog lazy, inactive and obessed. He used to lie on his rug and pant all day ling. Mas Pumphrey fed him excessively. spoiling Tricki's health to such an extent that he had to be hospitalised.
Ans 4. Hari Singh was a thief. He took a new name every month to escape from the police and the persons he had robbed earlier.
