Answer:On 5 May,In the place of Versailles,Louis 16 Called together an assembly of the estates general to pass proposals for new taxes.
But ,The members of third estate demanded that voting should be conducted by assembly as a whole, where each member would have on vote,as third estate was not given this right.
As a result,On 20th May,The members of third estate gathered at the hall of a tennis court in the ground of Versailles under the leadership of Mirabeau and Abbe Sieye. They declared themselves as National Assembly and swore not to disperse till they had drafted the Constitution of France. This led to the outbreak of French Revolution.
