Answer:

The Non-cooperation movement was withdrawn because of the Chauri Chaura incident. Although he had stopped the national revolt single-handedly, on 10 March 1922, Gandhi was arrested. ... This led to suppression of the movement and was followed by the arrest of other leaders.

Answer:

Britishers were exploiting Indians a lot and they increased taxes so common people's life became more harder. Britishers had taken our wealthy resources and import their cheap goods and strictly selling to Indians. So gandhiji suspended NCM that is non cooperation movement and told for swadeshi.

Means not using foreign products and foreign schools but using indian clothes, goods and to study in local schools. But because of chauri chaura incident in UP he withdrawn it.many police officers were killed in the indident. He withdraw NCM on Feb 4th.
