The following reasons made Gandhiji agreed for relaunching Civil Disobedience Movement:



1. After the failure of the 2nd round table conference he discovered that the govt. had begun a new cycle of repression.


2. Series of measures had been imposed to prevent meetings and boycotts.

(1). In December 1931, Gandhiji went to London for second table conference but he returned disappointed and discovered that the government has became a new cycle of repression .


(2) Ghaffar Khan and Jawaharlal Nehru were both in jail, the Congress has been declared illegal and a series of measure has been imposed to prevent Meeting demonstrations and boycotts.
