Answer:

HEY MATE I AM ALSO STUDYING ABOUT THE REVOLT OF 1857( THE FIRST WAR OF INDIAN INDEPENDENCE. SO I WILL GO LINE BY LINE:

1) POLITICAL CAUSE- DISCONNECT AMONG THE INDIAN RULERS :

A) THE BRITISH POLICIES OF EXPANSION WERE NOT LIKED BY THE RULERS.

B)  THERE WERE SECRET ORGANISATIONS BETWEEN SOME RULERS AND THE BRITISH LEADING THE THE BETRAYAL OF MAIN RULERS .

2) ECONOMIC CAUSE- DISCONNECT AMONG ARTISANS AND PEASANT

A) THE BRITISH POLICY OF ECONOMIC EXPLOITATION WAS NOT AGREED BY THE ARTISANS AND PEASANTS

B) SELF SUFFICIENCY OF THE VILLAGE ECONOMY WAS LOST DUE TO THE BRITISH POLICY OF COMMERCIALISATION

C) SOME ZAMINDARS ( TAX COLLECTOR) WERE NOT HAPPY AS THE BRITISH COLLECTED THE TAXES DIRECTLY SO THEY ALSO JOINED THE REVOLT. BUT A FEW OF THEM WERE BRAINWASHED BY THE BRITISH SO THAT THEY WOULD HAVE MORE HELP ON THEIR SIDE

MAIN CAUSE:

ALL MIDDLE CLASS FAMILIES WERE SUPPORTING THE BRITISH AS THEY THOUGHT THEY WOULD MAKE INDIA INTO A VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE
