When Margie and Tommy turned back to the page before, it had the same words on it that it had when they read it the first time .They find the book 'awfully funny" to read as for them words were standing still of moving the way as they were supposed to on a screen.

Tommy found a "real" book ,knowing this Margie was so excited. The discoveries were recorded by her in her diary. As the yellow and crinkly pages of the book with Tommy , she felt that it was awfull  funny to read.
