Answer: Margie hated school because it was not fun. She had a mechanical teacher who used to teach her every day at a fixed time in her house.... She thought that the old kind of school must have been fun as she imagined all the kids from the entire neighbourhood coming together, laughing and shouting in the schoolyard.
Margie attends a tele-school , which is just a machine in the room next to her bedroom and she studies alone unlike the students of the school in bygone times . she feels that learning was more fun in those days because hundreds of children had the opportunity of congregating and studying together with the help of human teachers and printed books . schools work use buildings where a lot of activities could be carried by students in groups . compared to that , at present school is much too mechanical , boring , monotonous and demanding , and she hates it .
