Mr. Keesing was Anne's maths teacher. Anne used to talk very much in the class. So, Mr.keesing was annoyed with Anne and gave her punishment by giving her extra homework to write essays to keep her silent and the topics were always related to her nature. She wrote essays as the punishment,and did not stop talking despite being punishment and at last she justified her over talkative nature.
This is the reason why Mr. Keesing call Anne 'An incorrigible chatterbox '.
