Thanks so much for keeping in touch with us here at Supercell! My name is Harry and I'm here with a team of Smart Goblins, and we've heard that you wish to change your name! We know there are lots of amazing names out there, and we even had a huddle in our cozy bean bag chairs discussing it. We eventually came across some policies in one of the Kings books, and found that we can only change a account name under certain conditions.
Here's what we found:
You can only change your clan name if:
* Your account name contains both your first AND last name, or
* Your account name is considered offensive.
Sadly, I can only ask the High Council of Clash to consider granting a name change under these circumstances. I’m sorry, but we cannot do anything more to assist you on this particular matter.
I feel your pain though. I sometimes want to change my name, but it has grown on me. I hope that your account name will grow on you too! After all, you don't want your fans to get confused, do you?!
