She decided to gave a party to show that she was the possessor of tiger. She also decided to gave a tiger claw brooch to Mrs. Loona bimberton to make her felt jealous. She also desire to publish her photo in magazine.

For this she gave money to villagers to arrange a tiger for her for shooting. The villagers found a weak tiger who can hardly tackle on his prey. They made a machaan for Mrs. Packletide and her paid companion. So, that they can shoot the tiger easily.
