Why did muslim organizations do not participate in civil disobedience movement?

because muslim want a separate country from indians and british so they avoid these league. They want to make there own separate session so that no one can participate in there session thats why jinnah theory was popular because he went lahore and make a muslim league community because he want to separate hindu and muslim.
