why did my PC shows this when I tried to install Window?

This could Either be due to a virus of any sort...

Or another explanation could be that your windows version is outdated and you need to update it...

As suggested, try restarting your computer/PC...

And stick to the safer side by installing some Anti-virus software such as Norton Anti Virus or AVG Technologies...
