He had a faith on God he believes that god will definitely help him. And when he got the envelope he was surprised because some pesos are missing this made him thought that the members of post office are a group of crook. According to him the god had sent 100 pesos for him but the post office employees had theft dome money.
He was very much devoted to God so he thinks that the money was sent by the God so he doesn't show any reaction.

Lencho called the post office employees "a bunch of crooks" because he thought that they have taken half of the money which God had send to him. Lencho became sad when he didn't receive the total amount of money in the envelope.
