hi mate.
Our constitution says that our country is a secular nation.This helped to avoid conflitcs as it was seen in the case of sri lanka where the sinhalese dominated over the tamils.
The constitutional provisions which make India a ‘secular state’ are as follows;
(i) The Constitution of India does not give special recognition to any religion and there is no State religion in India, unlike, Christianity in America, Buddhism in Sri Lanka etc.
(ii) All individuals and communities have been given freedom to practice, profess and propagate any religion.
(iii) The Constitution of India puts ban on the discrimination on grounds of religion.
(iv) According to constitution state cannot intervene in the matters of religion in order to promote religious equality.
The main reason to adopt the model of secular state was to avoid communalism and riots.
India and Pakistan suffered some of the worst communal riots at the time of partition. But still there are some forces who want to divide our country on the basis of religion.

Repeat step 3: Average 3.1579 and 3.1667. (3.1579 + 3.1667)/2 = 3.1623
Try the answer --> Is 3.1623 squared equal to 10? 3.1623 x 3.1623 = 10.0001
If this is accurate enough for you, you can stop! Otherwise, you can repeat steps 2 and 3.
