Answer:

Short notes

  1. Supporting slavery - domination over other class, inferiority complex, feeling of masters over the depressed sections, economic, social and political factors. Eg- 19th century US civil war
  2. Encouraging diversity - better gene pool for next generation, better assimilation and transmission of ideas across different caste, colour, creed, race.
  3. Elimination of Prejudice - Education, political willpower, economic upliftment, Social freedom..

Well.

Slavery back then was a form of trading and the people didn't know any better. Cultural diversity training can help employees improve their performance by creating a workplace free of judgments and stereotypes. ... Educational activities about cultural variations also provide employees with a level of understanding about other cultures they may not have had before.

Eliminate prejudice from the world is impossible but reducing is, to reduce prejudice people as a group needs to not judge by where someone comes from, lived from, thinks of, looks like... The world as a group needs to do less harm to others, less damage, hurting someone because of their thoughts and or actions, but sometimes people have to do something about someone else's bad action.

Overall, sometimes doing something against someone else's bad action can be good, but mostly if the person is just thinking of something , that maybe you don't like, you shoudn't harm them, mentally or physicly.

Hope this helped
