Rajkumar shukla came to know from somewhere about Gandhi's determination so even he wanted Gandhi to set them free from the exploitation of the landloards . People of champaran faced extreme disgust due to their deprivation onto their own land.Gandhi met many officials (that u can find in ncert as its too long procedure)and then finally a committee was set up to enquire against this. Lastly landlords have to give up.

Answer:

Rajkumar Shukla was one of the poor impoverished sharecroppers of the Champaran district. He had gone to the Lucknow session of the Indian National Congress to take Gandhiji to Champaran to fight the injustice and the exploitation of the sharecroppers.
