Reldresal was the Principal Secretary for Private Affairs in the land of Lilliput, and a friend of Gulliver. Reldresal came to him in order to explain the political situation within the country which consisted of the bitter conflicts between the factions known as the High and Low Heels; as well as the threat Lilliput is constantly under from the neighbouring kingdom of Blefuscu.
