Why did stanin's policy of collectivisation not yield immediate results

because people don’t want to work not for personal profit…It took a lot of efforts by the state, including mechanisation and providing of tractors and equipment and fertilisers and even sending students from cities to harvest crops to make soviet agriculture work more or less…initially there were no all those efforts made - in the begining of 1930-s the state itself had no equipment and no agricultural mashines to give those to collective farms…
