why did the 1857 uprising against the British rule failed ​

Hi friend!

There could be many reasons but chief among them will be:

1. Lack of coordination and planning

2. No sophisticated weapons to fight against Britishers.

3. Limited Indian soldiers and Indians

were under the impression that Britishers were impossible to get defeated.

4. And all the aristocrats were kept under wraps of the British and many Indians are uneducated

1.THE BRITISH EMPIRE HAD FAR SUPERIOR RESOURCES IN TER

TERMS OF MEN,MONEY AND MATERIALS TO THE INDIANS.

2. SOME OF THE RULERS OF THE INDIAN STATES AND THE BIG ZAMINDARS REFUSED TO JOIN THE MOVEMENT.
