WHY DID THE ARTIST PORTRAY THE NOBLE MAN AS THE 'SPIDER' AND THE PEASANT AS 'FLY'? in the french revolution


arnabindians: It is because in French revolution Noble used to burden peasants by imposing taxes on them and they would be in complete economic crisis and finally they would die.In the same way spider trap the fly in its and finally kills it. Both the cases are very similar so they have been compared like this.
