The Bandar-log kidnapped Mowgli so that they can make Mowgli their leader. They took Mowlgi to a ruined ancient city. The monkeys didn't have any leader and lived in the most disorganized way. They lured Mowli by making promises like freedom, food, and all play. bagheera and Baloo took the help of the great python in order to save Mowgli from the Bandar-log.
