the constitution of India did not make the state binding to implement the directive principles as it has made in case of fundamental rights.
because fundamental rights are basic where as Directive principles aim at social and economic development for this development the government needs resources as this resources are Limited the government cannot implement Directive principles at all times. so the constitution made Directive principles as as a optional to the state .
