Education is one of the most important thing in the development of a nation.so french wanted to educate Vietnamese for the development of they nation.But french feared that if Vietnamese got education then french citizen in Vietnam will loss they job as a teacher,shopkepper ete..so they didn't want to educate Vietnamese.
