why did the frog tell the nightingale to puff her lungs out with her passion?

The frog told the nightangle to puff her lungs bcoz he knew that she will die by doing it. nightangle thought that she will b able to sing like the frog by puffing her lungs but she did not knew the cruel intetion of the frog.
