Trough all eternity, human beings have been trying to live in peace, the presence of threats alleviates the possibility of achieving peace, arms are a threat to peace for they lead to suspicion, arm accumulation is preparation to go to war meaning there is no expected peace. India realizes that the need of the world is peace and cooperation, then to achieve this need, the world ought to disarm as a indicator for the presence of peace and alleviation of cold war tensions.
