2.IT WAS SENT BY BRITISH AND NAMED TORY'S GOVT. SIMON COMMISSION.
IT WAS SENT TO DIRECTLY MAKE LAWS FOR THE INDIA AND MAKE DECISIONS REGARDING THE NEW OPPOSITION DONE BY INDIANS AGAINST BRITISH.
