Mrs. Pearson and Mrs. Fitzgerald switch their personalities so that Mrs Fitzgerald can teach Mrs Pearson family to respect and value her. When they switch their personalities she told her children no to everything and said to do their work themselves and when her husband asked for tea she denied to him in no time and when the family realized how hard she worked yet not acknowledged they felt sorry and on the other side Mrs Pearson forced Mrs Fitzgerald to switch back as she couldn't see her family in such pain.
