whenever Louis XVI had to pss his proposal for new taxes he can not alone pass the taxes rather than he had to call a meeting of the estates general then passes his proposal for the introduction of new taxes meeting in estate general happens in which each estate have one vote and this time also Louis XVI was determined to practice the same thing but this time the members of the third estate demanded that the voting in the estates general should have as a whole that mean that each citizen should get one vote when the king said no to the demands then the members of the third estate walked out of the estate general assembly in protest they then they formed the national assembly
