Grandfather discovered the tiger cub on a hunting expedition in Terai Jungle near Dehra. Grandfather named him as Timothy. Grand-mother fed him entirely on milk, given to him in a feeding bottle. Timothy's diet was raw mutton and cod liver oil, as milk proved too rich for him.
