They want a separate constituent assembly to have full rights decided in favour of partition.They wants separate Dominions as pakistan.

Initially ,ML and jinnah spurned the offer made by Congress and viceroy to join CA. They thought joining it would be tantamount to accepting the line asserted by Congress and British and more importantly they might be diluting their demands on on Pakistan. They thought it would be best to stay aside and continue their agitation. Later in jinnah thought it might be useful to join CA so that they might wreck it from inside. They were largerly
