After the Bengal partition the east Bengal consists of 320000 hindu and 80000 muslim where as West contains 200000 muslim and 90000 hindu .The purpose of partition was to destroy the unity of hindu and Muslim .
so after partition the muslim community came together
To form league and have a thought that INC was in the favour of hindu
