The narrator used to fail to use his air miles as he faced many problems such as onve while taking the card out for collecting air mile he was not able to open the bag and at last he got his finger cut. Another time when he was going to receive a lot of air miles he had the ticket and card in different names ans couldn't redeem any air miles

brazing could not get his frequent flyer miles because either he forgot to produce the card when required or forgot to ask the air miles when he check in... besides the airline fail to his to record his account because the name on the card and ticket did not match .....
