the non-cooperation movement slow down bcz of:
1.the khadi cloth was quite expensive
2.the boycott of British institutions posed a problem.there were no institutions which can b uzd at a d place of British institutions
So, people started joining back the institutions

*khadi cloth was often more expensive than the  mass produced mill cloth and poor people could not afford to buy it
*boycott of british institution postad a problem
* for the movement to be successful ,alternative indian institition had to be set up so that they could be used in place of british one
*they were slow to come up
