why did the old man Say ' I was only taking care of animals'? Explain.

He said this because he loved animals

mugglebornsab: The old man had no other family members he took care of his animals as like his family members. His only occupation was to look after the animals!!

He was the last and" he said that he was taking care of his animals " . He was having three animals - 4 pairs of Pigeons , cat and and two goats . He was so much beloved to his animals and was taking care of them .
