This lines are taken from poem The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost.

Here,

According to the poem the poet is in dilemma to choose which road.

Here, poet is comparing is actually situation of real life with is problem to choose which path and that path will lead him to success. In that poet is also thinking about the road which is least travelled because he did not want to go with such path which is travelled by many people.

Now he compares the two roads the first road is clean while the second has leaves which are not come under anyone's feet which indicates the second road is less travelled by people and he likes to choose second road.
