actually the word awn symbolises on .here the croaking of frog is being repeated every time and it is being on .so the poet uses the word awn thrice in the poem

another reason is that poet uses the word awn as rhyming with dawn.so as to make it a well rhymed ,the poet uses thrice  the word awn
