the Post Master want to have faith like lencho because he used to believe in God and was very sure that the God would help him with the money........lencho did not beheave well with the people in the Post office , however they have helped lencho with the money by giving him 100 peaco but while lencho looked for the money in the return letter of god he found only 70 pecso and 30 pesco were left in the envelope itself which lencho didn't notice so he considered the people at post office as thieves and bad people.........
