having a one person one vote instead of one estate one vote
and collection of tax from each estate instead only from third estate
was rejected
so as a form of protest they boycott state general meeting

The representative of third estate why can't the meeting of state of general because they needed that means that that should be counted one vote each member but the first and the second state were not agree with it.
