Because the east Indian don't allow any person to enter in forest and they have to pay tax for entering in forest for few time

Because according to the policy of Britishers the tribal people were not allow to enter in the forest which was their main source of livelihood. They had to pay tax for grazing their cattles in the forest.So tribals were opposing the policy of Britishers.
