The Tsarist autocracy collapsed in 1917 due to the following reasons— (a) Miserable Condition of the Workers (i) The industrial workers in Russia got very low wages. (ii) They had very long working hours, sometimes upto 15 hours.

(a)Revolution of 1905

The Revolution of 1905 had a deep impact on Russian people . Though the Tsar announced the creation Russian parliament or Duma but he never allowed it to work .

(b) First world war

This war proved very much fatal and broad about the collapse of king Tsar dictatorial rule .

(c) Immigiate cause

Russia was forced with a serious shortage of food which became the immigiate cause of the revolution .

The military commander advised the Tsar to abdicate soviet leaders and Duma leaders form a provincial government and Tsar autocracy collapsed in 1917 .
