because the zamindars were collected too much amount of tax from the farmers
and the farmers get exploited

(1) Because company officials felt that a fixed revenue demand so would give zamindars a sense of security, and assured of returns on their investment,,,(2) second ,This high demand was imposed in this 1790s,a time when the price of agriculture produce were depressed ,making it difficult for the ryots to pay their dues to zamindar.if the zamindarcould not collect the rent how could he pay the government....
