He is not intelligent. Think Tank likes to be honoured. Out of his ego and attitude, he showed his peevishness towards noodle though noodle had greeted him as a most powerful and intelligent creature in the whole universe. Still Think tank believed that Noodle left some salutation which shows his bad attitude.
