why did two boys to work so hard?

the both boys worked so hard to earn quite a bit to get cure of his sister from a disease named tuberculosis of spine .in past years the war destroyed their homes and thrown the children in the street during this their sister been suffered .to get cure  they admitted her in the hospital as a patient and been charged the fees requires for the hospital .they been worked so hard to earn some money to get cure of his sister.the maturity,sincerity they display is far beyond the imagination of others and erect him as true gentleman
