YOUR ANSWER BRO. .......
Initially, this war began as a conflict from 1899 to 1902, in which the British force fought against the two republics of South Africa known as the Transvaal and the Orange Free State.
In order to make Transvaal its confederation, the British general ordered to annex the territory of Transvaal. This made the Boers disappointed with their government. Therefore, when the proclamation was read out in the Church, the leader of Afrikaners opposed this annexation, but they failed in the attempt to deroot the British rule from their land. Though the British government promised to the Boers to provide them with the self-government, the then British general of the Transvaal Shepstone was not able to do so in his initial phase. he became unpopular. All this contributed to the beginning of the Boer war with Britishers.
