WHY DID YOU SOAK KIDNEY BEANS IN WATER OVER NIGHT

we soak kidney beans in water over ni8 ...so they the rajma or kidney bean will be easier to eat ....
and also they will be swollen (soft) by the time...and be suitable for eating..

same with the. case of grams...almonds, raisins

we soak kidney beans in water over night because keeping in water the seeds will get mosturized and next day it will be easy to cook and eat #RAJMA
