Why did zimbawe not considerd a democtatic country?

It is because: Even though elections are held they not fair ones.A lot of malpratices are present.Only one party has been ruling since independence and the media or the people dont have any right critisize it.

Hey,
zimbave is not considerd as a democratic country because it has mono party system , and elections are win by the one party only. There are lots of bad practics in contesting elections.
